You will help build a thriving school community where staff and families feel valued and engaged, supporting both career growth and exceptional child care experiences.

Formación

• Associate's Degree or related childcare experience.
• Desire to progress toward Director qualification.
• Preschool Lead Teacher/Infant Toddler/School Age certification preferred.
• Business or accounting experience in childcare desired.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.
• Support team growth and development through training and guidance.
• Build a school community that attracts new families and team members.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards.
• Manage childcare operations, from scheduling to financial management and documentation.
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences during tours, meetings, and orientations.
• Support and lead new school initiatives.
