Celebree School Director in Texas leads talent, brand, and daily operations, reporting to the Franchise Owner. You drive the mission by nurturing staff, ensuring operational excellence, and building community relationships to help children grow big and small.

You will oversee staffing, licensing compliance with HHSC, enrollment, parent communication, and partnerships with local families, while setting high standards for service and student development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of documented leadership or managerial experience.
• Minimum of 2 years serving as Center Director for a licensed childcare center with 200+ students.
• Verifiable Texas HHSC licensing record as a Center Director.
• Must meet Texas state requirements to be a licensed Center Director.
• Highly accountable, self-motivated, proactive problem-solver, detail-oriented.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) and legal US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent; support staff growth with training and coaching.
• Ensure HHSC compliance with childcare regulations and Celebree policies.
• Oversee daily center operations: scheduling, budgeting, records, safety, admin tasks.
• Foster a welcoming culture, excellent customer service, and strong parent communication.
• Lead operational improvements and collaborate with the Owner on strategy.

As a Celebree School Director, you will embark on a journey of impactful leadership, reporting directly to the Franchise Owner. As the primary driving force behind our mission, the Director is responsible for overseeing the School’s talent, brand, and daily operations. From nurturing staff to ensuring operational excellence and fostering strong community relationships, you will be instrumental in creating an environment where people grow both BIG and small.

Essential Responsibilities

• Talent Management & Development: Identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent. Support staff growth and retention through comprehensive training, coaching, and daily guidance.
• Licensing & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Child Care Regulation standards, as well as federal laws, state regulations, and Celebree policies and procedures.
• School Operations & Administration: Oversee daily center operations, including staff scheduling, budget management, record-keeping, safety protocols, and administrative execution.
• Enrollment & Community Building: Foster a welcoming school culture that attracts new families and retains current ones. Ensure exceptional customer service, warm parent communication, and engaging school tours.
• Leadership & Strategy: Proactively identify operational improvements, lead new company initiatives, and maintain open, collaborative communication with the Owner.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years of documented leadership or managerial experience (proof of previous job titles, formal responsibilities, and verifiable references required)
• Center Director Experience: Minimum of 2 years serving as the official, designated Director of Record for a licensed childcare center with a capacity/enrollment of at least 200 students
• Texas HHSC Licensing Record: Must be verifiable on the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) licensing registry as a qualified/designated Center Director
• State Director Credentials: Must meet all Texas state governing agency requirements to serve as a licensed Childcare Center Director
• Key Attributes: Highly accountable, self-motivated, proactive problem-solver, and deeply detail-oriented
• Communication & Work Authorization: Full proficiency in English (written and verbal) and legal authorization to work in the United States
