Job summary

Celebree School of Leander is seeking a School Support Manager to collaborate with the School Director and Assistant Director. You will champion our mission, nurture talent, and drive operations and brand growth. Build a welcoming school family where children and team members thrive, growing people both big and small while having fun.

You will lead talent initiatives, ensure program quality, and partner with families and staff to foster community, development, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or related experience.
• Desire to work toward a Director qualification.
• Preschool lead/infant-toddler/school-age certifications preferred.
• Business and/or accounting experience plus childcare management.
• Experience with childcare software: ProCare, Tadpoles, Line Leader, Daycare Works, Teaching Strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.
• Support team growth and development through training and guidance.
• Build a school community that attracts families and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and Celebree standards.
• Manage childcare operations, from scheduling to finances and records.
• Ensure exceptional customer service during tours, meetings and orientation.
• Support and lead new school initiatives.
