Navy Region Southeast Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) is seeking a CYP Assistant - Multi-level to engage and care for children and youth in the DoD CYP program at Fort Worth. The role emphasizes safety, development, and active participation in planned activities.

The job focuses on social skill development, healthy lifestyle choices, and program support, with collaboration across staff, parents, and leadership to ensure a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must provide a copy of your High School Diploma, GED, or College Transcripts (showing degree awarded/conferred) when you apply.
• Six levels (CY-1702-01 to CY-1702-02) describe required knowledge and abilities for child and youth development and program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develops schedules and activity plans for children and youth.
• Implants activities and events meeting physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs.
• Maintains indoor and outdoor activity areas and materials.
• Interacts with children, youth, and adults to promote positive relationships.
• Provides care and supervision in compliance with DoD policies and local installation rules.
• Keeps parents and staff informed about child progress and program activities.
