Job summary

Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks a Child and Youth Program Leader to provide direct care and instruction for children and youth (6 weeks–18 years) and to mentor CY Program Assistants. Qualifications

• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate programs for children and youth from 6 weeks to 18 years.
• Ability to train employees and mentor CY Program Assistants.
• Capability to develop curriculum outlines and lesson plans/guides.

Responsibilities

• Mentor CY Program Assistant team and provide instruction.
• Plan activities meeting physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs.
• Oversee indoor/outdoor environments and manage supplies.
