Job summary

Info Origin Inc in Nashville, TN is seeking a Training & Coaching Officer to deliver Pre-Service and Specialty training to newly hired staff. The role requires trauma-informed care, strong training delivery experience, and familiarity with the Practice Model.

Responsibilities include delivering pre-service training on child welfare fundamentals, coaching new hires, proctoring assessments, and supporting virtual training via Microsoft Teams. Some travel and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of direct child welfare field experience.
• One year of experience in training delivery or staff development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and virtual training tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Pre-Service Training to new employees.
• Cover fundamentals of child welfare and program content.
• Provide coaching and feedback to new hires.
• Proctor Pre-Service Assessments and support evaluation processes.
• Travel for in-person training as needed.
• Support web-based training delivery via Teams.
