University of California, Berkeley is seeking a Child Welfare System Improvement Trainer within the California Child Welfare Indicators Project (CCWIP) housed in the School of Social Welfare. The role focuses on delivering training to state and county personnel, translating data into actionable guidance and building capacity for systemic improvement under C-CFSR.

The position emphasizes curriculum development, multi-method training delivery, and analytic support for outcomes and accountability

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience delivering training or technical assistance to professional, agency, or government audiences.
• Experience working with administrative or child welfare data, or comparable applied-analytics experience.
• Experience consulting with public sector leadership and operational staff to diagnose organizational barriers, tailor CQI strategies, and deliver targeted technical assistance to diverse county-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

Responsabilidades

• Training Delivery - Designs and leads training for CDSS and county child welfare personnel on analytic concepts and CCWIP data within C-CFSR, in-person and virtual.
• Independently determines the appropriate instructional approach for each topic and audience.
• Decides when a workshop, asynchronous module, or embedded coaching is needed.
• Adapts delivery for audiences with data fluency from novice to advanced, adjusting in real time.
• Operates without a preexisting delivery model with independent professional judgment.
