Job summary

The role requires preparing grants, managing budgets, and ensuring data governance, IRB, and data-use compliance.

Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent international degree).
• Minimum 3 years of post-doctoral research experience.
• A record of peer-reviewed publications consistent with the Associate Researcher rank.
• Three to five years of post-doctoral research experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent research within CCWIP's Transition-Age Youth Research & Evaluation Hub using linked administrative data.
• Serve as principal investigator or co-investigator on policy- and practice-relevant studies.
• Lead design and analysis of studies with complex datasets; manage budgets and sponsor reporting.
• Oversee IRB submissions, data use agreements, and compliance; mentor graduate student researchers.
