Chatham County, NC is seeking a CQI Social Worker to support continuous quality improvement in the child welfare unit of the Family Services division. The role partners with leadership to guide QA activities, trains staff, and assists with onboarding and staff orientation.

Responsibilities include case record reviews, data reporting, and participation in statewide CQI workgroups. Strong collaboration and communication are essential to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field with relevant experience.
• Ability to train social workers on policy and procedures.
• Strong data review and CQI/QA instrumentation knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provide CQI/QA activities for child and family services.
• Facilitate Child and Family Team meetings and document outcomes.
• Develop and deliver training for social workers on best practices.
