Job summary

NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks contract resources to train and implement Child Welfare modules within the CWIS. The trainer/content developer analyzes CWIS functionality to create classroom and eLearning materials and maintains FrameMaker templates.

The role involves delivering instructor-led sessions and online learning, collaborating with Training Lead, Agile and Development teams, and traveling statewide up to 30%, sometimes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Work with Training Lead, Business and Agile Teams and Development Team to understand requirements and design training.
• Develop and maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts for training materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom facilitator-led learning solutions and eLearning courses to support CWIS implementation.
• Provide effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation for all levels of employees overseeing Child Welfare programs within CWIS.
