Job summary

State of Florida, Children and Families is seeking an Operations Review Specialist to oversee statewide service operations, performance reviews, and policy implementation across in-home and out-of-home care.

The role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to coordinate across Regions and partner agencies. Bachelor's in social work or related field and 5 years’ case management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in social work or related area required.
• At least 5 years’ experience working as a case manager.
• Active full Child Welfare Certification through the Florida Certification Board; CWCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply the policies, procedures, and programs governing the agency.
• Read, understand, apply complicated and detailed regulations, and policy directives.
• Apply the laws, rules, and regulations governing federal and state program intake and the administration of this program.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with community stakeholders.
• Prepare, clear, concise, and accurate records and reports.
