You will lead continuous quality improvement for home visiting programs, collaborate with staff and funded programs, and respond to data requests from stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS in data science, mathematics, CS, finance or related field.
• Four+ years in statistics, data collection, data management or research with HS diploma acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage, analyze, and report program data for child abuse prevention.
• Oversee REDCap database; perform data quality assurance and improvements.
• Prepare performance reports with SAS and epidemiological methods.
• Lead quality improvement for early childhood programs.
• Respond to internal/external data requests; present data to leadership and stakeholders.
• Design ETL processes to extract data from REDCap via APIs.
