• Bachelor's degree with 12 credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or related social sciences.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training including 12 credits and one year of paraprofessional case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Initial action plans on new intake calls.
• Follow-up visits and review of existing cases.
• Investigate CPS reports to ensure child safety.
• Coordinate services to stabilize and strengthen families.
• Monitor progress toward reunification when possible.
• Support permanency options if reunification is not possible.
