Qualifications

• Four years of experience in child support initiation, enforcement, or related field.
• Education equivalency may substitute for minimum experience.
• Strong negotiation, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience with CBMS, ACSES, Adobe and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and legal work following administrative or judicial processes.
• Draft legal documents including stipulations, notices, motions and subpoenas.
• Prepare cases for conferences or hearings with relevant information and documentation.
• Communicate with parties regarding establishment processes and guidelines.
• Participate in community outreach events or work at alternate locations as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
