Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of office support experience required.
• Education/experience equivalency may be substituted for minimum experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service in person responding to questions, explaining policies and procedures, and relaying child support information to customers.
• Creates and sends referrals to Child Support Technicians and monitors timely responses.
• Assists with case reviews by researching and gathering information and necessary documentation.
• Schedules reminders for upcoming appointments and prepares paperwork including child support applications and modification packets.
• Will rotate as backup to the Child Support Call Center and perform related duties.
