Lawrence County is seeking an Enforcement Officer in the Domestic Relations Department to enforce child and spousal support orders. The role involves PACSES systems work, diary maintenance, docket history, and enforcing income attachments and contempt actions.

The position requires strong clerical skills, the ability to communicate with clients and peers, and a valid driver’s license. Reports to the Enforcement Supervisor and works in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED.
• Knowledge of PACSES and related systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsabilités

• Perform PACSES duties including morning mail review.
• Docket and diary maintenance for cases.
• Process income attachments and notices of contempt or modification.
• Coordinate UIFSA enforcement actions and case follow-ups.
• Interact with clients, employers and other agencies to resolve compliance issues.
