Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct-line supervision over a unit of DCFS Child Support Enforcement staff in the Alexandria Region.
• Assists the CSE Manager with establishment of paternity, child and medical support orders, and enforcement.
• Conducts unit and individual trainings ensuring analysts are prepared for court or office settings.
• Monitors and approves unit payroll actions for timeliness and accuracy.
• Investigates and resolves complaints from custodial parties or others.
• Maintains relationships with DA offices, Clerk of Courts, hearing officers, judges and agency partners.
• Keeps up to date with policy memorandums and performs additional duties as assigned.
