Qualifications

• Foundational office/administrative support experience or education.
• Pre-employment screening including background checks required.
• Experience with document processing or case management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and answers phones regarding processes.
• Performs quality control on cases for accuracy and compliance.
• Reviews case documents and assigns to staff as needed.
• Scans forms and cases into Docuware or designated archive.
• Meets with custodial parents to complete paperwork for child support.
• Gathers financial information to determine obligations and payment schedules.
• Investigates and tracks parental information for liability calculations.
• Monitors caseloads and identifies actions required.
• Prepares information for civil or criminal court proceedings.
• Oversees intergovernmental communication related to out-of-state parents.
