• Core Responsibilities include investigative and protective services to locate non-custodial parents and enforce child support obligations.
• Establish, enforce, and collect child support orders and determine paternity where applicable.
• Represent the Department's interests in Maine District Court related to child support matters.
• Travel as needed to perform enforcement and collection actions.
• Coordinate with the Office for Family Independence to ensure compliance with support orders.
