Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Child Mental Health Therapist for our Kingwood, TX clinic. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, creativity, and compassionate care.

Trauma experience is a plus, with opportunities for individual, family, and group therapy, and Telehealth on request. Requirements include a master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work and Texas licensure (LPC/LPC-S/LCSW/LMSW) or provisional licensure with an approved supervisor.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program.
• Active Texas license in good standing (LPC, LPC-S, LCSW, or LMSW).
• Pre-licensed clinicians must have a board-approved supervisor.

Aufgaben

• Maintain caseloads per status: 25 hours/week full-time, 15 hours/week part-time.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical efficiency and patient care.
• Coordinate with case managers, families, and school staff as needed.
• Engage in marketing/outreach to grow referrals for the Kingwood clinic.
• Attend trainings and clinic events as required.
