Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field from an accredited program.
• Current Virginia clinical licensure or Resident in Counseling status.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to a diverse client population.
• Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community resources.
