Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Manassas is seeking licensed or pre-licensed therapists to join a growing team dedicated to providing mental health access for children and teens. Clinicians enjoy centralized admin support, excellent compensation, training, and flexible scheduling in a collaborative clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Full Virginia clinical license (LPC, LCSW, etc.) preferred.
• Experience completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to submit documentation of services promptly.
• Experience with children ages 5 to 12.
• Familiarity with diverse client bases and boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Offer therapy services for individuals, families, and groups.
• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a caseload consistent with Full-Time expectations (minimum 30 visits/week).
• Collaborate with a dynamic team and coordinate with case managers, families, and schools.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
