Job summary

Ellie Mental Health – Kingwood, TX is seeking a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will provide individual, family, and group therapy, with Telehealth options upon request, and will have strong Spanish language skills.

The role requires a master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work, Texas licensure in good standing (LPC, LPC-S, LCSW, LMSW or associates), and at least one year of paid experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish.
• Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program in psychology, counseling, or social work.
• Texas licensure with TBHEC in good standing (LPC, LPC-S, LCSW, LMSW or equivalents).
• Pre-licensed candidates must pursue licensure with an approved supervisor.
• At least 1 year of paid therapy experience.
• Strong ties to Kingwood, TX community resources.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/adjust treatment plans.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school personnel as needed.
• Maintain timely documentation per company guidelines in EHR.
• Attend clinical staff meetings, trainings, and clinic events.
• Provide high-quality, ethics-driven client care.
