Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in North Richland Hills, TX is seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed therapists to provide individual, family, and group therapy, including Telehealth. Preferred licensure includes LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or within 6 months of full licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (accredited)
• Active or in-progress clinical licensure (LPC, LPC-S, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experience with treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and clinical documentation
• Experience working with children, teens, and adolescents
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions/week (for full-time clinicians)
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
• Complete documentation according to company standards
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers and supports
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and required trainings
