Qualifications

• BLS certification and CCLS credential within stated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan coping needs for patients and families.
• Provide education and coping support to reduce fear and promote mastery.
• Facilitate therapeutic and medical play to support understanding.
• Document assessments and outcomes in the medical record.
