BLS certification through American Heart Association required within 30 days of hire; CCLS credential within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate coping needs for pediatric patients and families.
Provide developmentally appropriate education and coping support.
Facilitate therapeutic play and family-centered care within the healthcare team.
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
