Job summary

Ellie Mental Health - Marlborough is seeking a Child Focused Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, family and individual therapy, and referrals for children, adolescents, and families. Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Knowledge of developmental principles and how normal development relates to psychopathology.
• Ability to set and model appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including co-pay collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessment, treatment (family and individual therapy), and referrals to minor clients and guardians.
• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and documentation.
• Maintain caseload to meet weekly billable targets; full-time: 26 hours.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
