Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field from an accredited college or university.
• LMFT, LCSW, or LPC licensure is required.
• Experience with clinical documentation: assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
• 2–3 years of outpatient mental health treatment experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to submit documentation timely.
• Demonstrates professional boundaries with clients.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base.
• Pass a background check.
• Telehealth experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans; document case notes per policy.
• Full-time clinicians maintain a caseload of 27+ client visits per week.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to meet community needs.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical and school staff as needed.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings; contribute to a positive team culture.
