Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health (Social Work, Counseling, MFT, etc.)
• Active Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) or pursuing licensure
• Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and families
• Comfort using creative, expressive, or play-based approaches
• Strong diagnostic and documentation skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with EHRs (Valant a plus)
• Successful background check
• Authorization to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children and adolescents using developmentally appropriate and creative play and/or expressive based interventions
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, schools, and other providers for wraparound support
• Caseload primarily youth-focused with potential to work with adults
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and timely case documentation
• Maintain a minimum of 25 weekly client sessions for full-time status
• Attend weekly team meetings/group supervision, trainings, and contribute to Ellie’s collaborative, inclusive environment
