FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our ABA program in Culver City.

You’ll work one-on-one with children in a supportive, play-based environment, helping them build communication, social, independence, and daily living skills while receiving paid training and hands-on mentorship. Starting at $23/hour with $1/hour raise opportunities several times a year, this role offers growth and a direct impact on children’s development.
