Job summary

FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. is seeking an ABA Training Manager in Redondo Beach to lead hands-on ABA training, mentor new instructors, and serve as a clinical resource for the growing team.

You will coach, model ABA skills, and provide feedback to help colleagues build confidence in their clinical abilities. You’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition and stay engaged through direct service support.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced ABA professional with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others build clinical confidence.
• Prior hands-on ABA experience required.

Great care starts with great people. As the Regional Training Manager of our Redondo Beach center, you’ll help shape those people from day one.

We’re looking for an experienced ABA professional who loves teaching, mentoring, and helping others build confidence in their clinical skills. You’ll lead hands on training for new Instructors, model ABA skills, provide feedback and encouragement, and be a go-to clinical resource as new team members begin their FirstSteps journey.
