FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians to help young children with autism learn to communicate, play, and build independence across home, school and community.

No prior ABA experience is required; we train you and cover the RBT certification costs, with starting wages of $23-$25 per hour.

Full- or part-time schedules are available, and benefits include health and vision insurance, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth through a clear career ladder.

At FirstSteps for Kids, you'll work one-on-one with young children, building the communication, play, and everyday-life skills that help them succeed at home, in school, and in their community. You'll see the small wins up close: a first word, a first friendship, a child doing something today they couldn't do last week. And the skills you help teach now don't just shape a good day, they change the trajectory of a child's whole future.

What we're looking for

• People who are patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy working with kids
• Experience with children through work, school, or volunteering is a plus
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle + insurance
• Comfortable getting on the floor to play and moving quickly when needed
