FirstSteps for Kids is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical work and supervision in a clinician-led, privately owned organization. We prioritize evidence-based ABA, mentorship, and a collaborative culture in a mission-driven environment.

Our compensation includes $85,000–$95,000 plus clinical performance incentives, with extensive benefits and a focus on professional development. Located in Walnut Creek, CA, we support clinicians who value child outcomes and team growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential and license required.
• Ability to supervise 7–12 RBTs and mentor clinicians.
• Experience delivering evidence-based ABA to children with autism.
