FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. is seeking a BCBA to drive clinical excellence and mentor clinicians in a family‑centered ABA program in Redondo Beach, CA. You will lead a clinical team, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver evidence‑based treatment.

The role emphasizes clinical work with manageable caseloads, supportive supervision, and a culture focused on professional development. Competitive salary with incentives and strong employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or highly priority for position.
• Experience supervising RBTs and clinical staff preferred.
• Ability to mentor clinicians and support professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism and related learning differences.
• Lead and supervise clinical team of RBTs to ensure quality service.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
