Job summary

FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism in a supportive, play-based setting. You will receive paid training, hands-on mentorship, and clear opportunities to advance your ABA career as you help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Starting pay is $23 per hour with potential $1 increases several times a year, reflecting your growth and contributions to the team.
