Responsibilities

• Manage daily center operations, including records, enrollment documents, attendance, calendars, rosters, filing, and program reports.
• Oversee enrollment and coordinate tours, applications, and records while ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Complete required training and certifications for childcare programs to maintain compliance.
• Guide families through subsidy processes, verify eligibility, and liaise with agencies and funding partners.
• Support financial operations through tuition billing, budget monitoring, and grant compliance.
• Coordinate office operations, vendor contracting, supplies, correspondence, and documentation.
• Lead marketing and community outreach to increase enrollment and partnerships.
• Supervise temporary staff and volunteers, schedule assignments, conduct orientation, and document hours.
