Job summary

TFI Family Services in Kansas (Iola) is hiring a Crisis Support Worker to assist children after hours, transport them to foster homes, and support them during moderate crises. This is a full-time position with two rotating shifts and weekend on-call every four weeks.

A high school diploma is required; experience serving children and families is preferred. We provide a company car, cell phone, and computer, plus a strong benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience serving children and families preferred.
• We will teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Assist with children after hours, including transport to foster homes or supporting during moderate crises.
• Support workers may be with a child in a hospital or at multiple offices in the area.
• Rotate weekend on-call hours once every four weeks.
