Job summary

We will teach you the rest as you grow in a child welfare environment. The position offers two shifts, a full-time schedule, a company car, cell phone, and on-call weekends on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous work experience serving children and families preferred.
• We will teach you the rest!

Responsibilities

• Assist with children after hours, including transporting a child to a new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis.
• Be with a child in hospital or at our offices as needed; rotation of weekend on-call hours once every four weeks.
• Provide compassionate support to children and families while communicating clearly and effectively.
