Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Crisis Support Worker in Fort Scott, KS. The role is full-time with two rotating evening shifts Mon-Thu, and weekend on-call every four weeks. You will assist children in crisis, transport to foster homes, or accompany them in hospitals and offices.

A High School diploma is required; prior child-welfare experience is preferred, and we will provide training. We offer flexible scheduling, remote work options, 20 days of personal leave in year one, 25 days after

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience serving children and families preferred.
• Willing to learn and adapt in crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours during crises.
• Transport a child to a foster home when needed.
• Provide support in hospitals or offices and on-call weekends.
• Work full-time with rotating weekend on-call hours every four weeks.
