SAFY is seeking a PRN Child Care Provider for our Pickens County division in South Carolina. As a Child Care Provider, you will supervise youth in the childcare room during group sessions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare art project supplies and copies.
• Maintain a safe play environment.
• Dress children and change diapers.
• Observe and monitor children's play activities.
• Sanitize toys and equipment.
• Assist with serving meals and refreshments.
• Supervise children who are unable to attend school, if needed.
• Transport youth to and from school, as required.
• Communicate with parents or guardians about daily activities and behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of group experience as a participant or leader.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance; may require transporting youth.

What We Offer

• $50 per session, including travel time and required trainings.
• $25 paid to two employees per session to assist with setup, if applicable.
