The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is hiring a Full Time Child Care Director to ensure high-quality programs and safe environments for children. You will plan, promote, and provide leadership for the Early Learning and Care program while upholding licensing standards and YMCA policies.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow YMCA Policies and state licensing rules, and Quality Rating System standards.
• Supervise staff and ensure safety of children in direct care groups.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about program experience and progress; maintain confidentiality.
