Responsibilities

• Help kids learn in engaging ways while maintaining control.
• Implement and plan curriculum with positive reinforcement.
• Conduct and record weekly child observations.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress.
• Maintain accurate daily attendance records.
• Ensure learning materials are organized.
• Attend team-planning meetings regularly.
• Assist in developing donors and volunteers.
• Supervise all staff on site.
