Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Erie is hiring multiple Full-time Site Directors - Child Care across several YMCA locations. These roles support the Y’s mission to strengthen community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility by developing, organizing and implementing high quality YMCA childcare programs.

This is a full-time hourly position with pay up to $22.33/hr, contingent upon education and experience.

• Develops, organizes and implements high quality YMCA childcare program(s).
• Supports the work of the Y in youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
