Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–2 years in childcare coordination, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to work with diverse groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience in coordinating childcare programs.
• Minimum 2 years (2500 hours) documented child care related experience.
• Minimum age of 21.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications within 15 days of hire.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and coordinate School Age and Camp programs.
• Lead and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Ensure safety and compliance with state/local regulations.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and fees.
• Engage families and community partners to expand programs.
