Job summary

VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa is seeking a Kids Club Lead Associate to supervise operations and train staff for childcare programs including Parent’s Night Out, Camp Days, and Summer Camps. The role reports to the Kids Club Director and ensures quality service to members and children alike.

The position offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, PTO, a 401(k) match, complimentary club membership and employee discounts. CPR/First Aid training is required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising child care programs or activities.
• Understanding of children’s behavior.
• Ability to implement children’s curriculum and programs.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Word.
• Experience with transactional (POS) systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
• High standards in ethics and service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department operations in the Kids Club Director’s absence.
• Provide operational expertise to the department and train staff on programs, policies and procedures and systems.
• Oversee programs such as Childcare, Parent’s Night Out, Camp Days, and Summer Camps.
