Responsibilities

• Conducts eligibility intakes and re-certifications for the Child Care Services Program.
• Performs calculations to determine families' financial obligations for services.
• Monitors adjustments and payments.
• Maintains case records electronically and in hardcopy.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Coordinates between vendor and parent to arrange child care.
• Researches and justifies various accounting adjustments, including computer entry.
