Child Care Associates is seeking a Client Services Specialist to serve as the primary contact for families seeking child care assistance. The role focuses on determining eligibility, processing enrollments, counseling families on options, and maintaining accurate records in alignment with Texas policies and local board standards.

The CSS will conduct interviews, educate families on rights and responsibilities, and respond to inquiries while ensuring high-quality service delivery and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in a CCS support position.
• At least 1 year of full-time experience in child development, child care programs, customer service or social work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders.
• Legally authorized to work in US/TX; background checks required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct parent interviews via phone, in-person, or other virtual platforms.
• Determine eligibility and process enrollment for child care services.
• Counsel parents on selecting quality child care providers.
• Access and calculate parent share of cost (PSOC).
• Authorize and terminate child care services.
• Maintain accurate computer and paper records using TX3C system.
• Educate parents on their rights and responsibilities.
• Respond to inquiries, complaints, and provide resolution support.
• Analyze client data to identify service gaps and improve customer experience.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance service delivery.
• Other related duties as assigned.
