Job summary

FOOTPRINTS TO SUCCESS LC is seeking a Child Care Director in Odenton, Maryland. This role involves planning and supervising all aspects of a program, managing classrooms for over 80 children, and overseeing staff while being available to parents.

The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree, have completed a 9 hr. Communications Course, and possess at least one year of experience in a licensed center. Additional training in health and safety is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience at a licensed center.
• Must complete health and safety training within 90 days of employment.
• Successful completion of pre-service training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise all aspects of the program.
• Supervise classrooms with over 80 children.
• Manage staff and engage with parents.

Child Care Director Employment Opportunity

• Obtain background check upon hire
• Medical examination upon hire
