Job summary

Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa in Katy, TX seeks energetic childcare professionals to join our team. You will be assigned to Counselor, Rotations, Programs or Reception roles, leading and supervising children from infant to school age in a safe, engaging setting.

We offer competitive wages, a 401(k) plan with a company match of up to 4%, and a complimentary club membership. Certification in First Aid/CPR is required within 30 days of hire, and applicants must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Certification in adult and pediatric First Aid/CPR within 30 days.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Experience supervising children.
• Ability to move with children in indoor/outdoor activities.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and supervise children in temporary childcare for infants to school age.
• Provide programmed activities and supervise daily routines.
• Work with staff to ensure safety and smooth program operations.
