Job summary

Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa seeks a Child Care Supervisor to support members' children in a safe, engaging environment. You may be assigned to Counselor, Rotations, Programs or Reception roles, providing programming and supervision for infants through school-age children.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, and First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days; must be 18+, with strong observation and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Villa Sport offers an energetic team culture and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification in both adult and pediatric First Aid/CPR within 30 days of hire date.
• High School Diploma Preferred.
• Experience supervising children.
• Physically able to lift and carry at least 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to children in temporary child care for Villa Sport members (infant to school age).
• Provide programmed activities.
• Assist across Counselor, Rotations, Programs or Reception responsibilities.
